For .uk domains
• Transfers are FREE.
• Change the IPS tag to BIGNAMES.
• Transfer is complete within the hour.

For all other domains
• Transfer adds another year to the renewal date, so a 1 year renewal price is charged.
• Current registrar must unlock the domain.
• Current registrar sends authorisation code.
• Domain transfer initiated once we have the code.
• Can take up to 5 days to complete.

RENEWING YOUR DOMAIN

To keep your domain active, you must renew the domain before it expires. We’ll send you reminders 30 days before expiration and then again at 15, 7, 5 and 1 day(s). You can renew quickly and easily online from your customer portal.
