If you try to access your website after you have uploaded your site but see only an index listing, the most likely reason is that you are mising an index page. If your index page is not named index.htm/html/shtml/php/etc. or default.htm/html/etc. then the site will show an index listing of your files in the public_html folder by default.
If you have uploaded an index page, it may have been uploaded outside of the public_html file. Moving the index file into the public_html file should solve this problem straight away.
If you are unsure of why your website is not showing correctly, please contact our support team.
