Troubleshooting - website, email and ftp are not working

If all of your services suddenly stop working there are a couple of possible reasons:

1. No internet access - the first thing to do in this instance is check if you can connect to the internet. If you have no internet access, you will be unable to access your services. Try restarting your router and computer. If this does not work, contact your Internet Services Provider who should be able to advise if there are any problems in your local area.

2. Blocked IP address - If you can access the internet but your services are down, the most likely reason is that your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. The most common reason for IP blockages is incorrect login attempts for an email account or cPanel. If you believe that your IP address is blocked, please do a Google search for your IP address and contact us immediately. Once your IP address has been unblocked, we can resend your cPanel login details or help you to reset your email password.
