You can access your mailbox through cPanel without needing to configure an email application such as Outlook or Apple Mail.
Step 1: Log in to cPanel
Log in to your cPanel account using your username and password.
Step 2: Open Email Accounts
From the Email section, click Email Accounts.
Step 3: Select Your Mailbox
Locate the email address you want to access and click Check Email.
Step 4: Open Roundcube Webmail
On the Webmail page, click Open under Roundcube.
Step 5: Access Your Inbox
You will now be taken directly to your mailbox where you can send, receive, and manage your emails.
Tip: Tick "Open my inbox when I log in" if you would like future logins to open Roundcube automatically.
Important: For security reasons, we do not store or have access to your email passwords. Please keep your passwords in a safe location, as managing them is the account holder's responsibility.
