cPanel is the area where you can manage your website, email accounts and hosting settings.
You will need the cPanel username and password from your New Account Information email.
Step 1: Open the cPanel login page
Open your web browser. Click the address bar at the top and enter:
yourdomain.co.uk/cpanel
Replace yourdomain.co.uk with your own domain name. Then press Enter on your keyboard.
Step 2: Enter your login details
The cPanel login page will open.
- Enter your cPanel username.
- Enter your cPanel password.
- Click Log in.
Use the username and password from your New Account Information email.
Cannot find your login details?
Search your email inbox for New Account Information.
Step 3: You are now logged in
After a successful login, the cPanel dashboard will appear.
From this screen, you can manage areas such as:
- Email accounts
- Website files
- Domains and other hosting settings
The options shown can vary depending on your hosting package.
If the login page does not open
If your domain is new or has recently been moved, try the Control Panel URL shown in your New Account Information email.
