Creating new mailboxes

Each hosting and email package includes a number of email accounts. You can create new mailboxes and manage existing ones through your cPanel account.

Tip: If you've misplaced your cPanel login details, please submit a support ticket and we'll be happy to resend them.

Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Visit yourdomain.com/cpanel (for example, example.com/cpanel) and log in using your cPanel username and password.

Step 2: Open Email Accounts

From the Email section, click Email Accounts.

Step 3: Create a New Email Account

Click Create and enter your preferred email address and password.

Security Tip: Use a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You can also use cPanel's Password Generator.

Step 4: Create the Account

Click Create to finish setting up your mailbox.

Success: Your new email account is now ready to use.
