Changing your password

If you have forgotten the password for your email account, it can easily be reset within your cPanel account. Please follow the steps below:

Login to your cPanel account.

Click on Email Accounts

Locate the email address that you need to change the password for and click “Change Password”

Enter your new password in the field below and confirm the chosen password.

Please ensure that your password can not be easily guessed. We recommend that the password is at least six characters long, containing at least one number and upper case letter.

If you are having trouble choosing a password, please use our Password Generator.

Click “Change Password” to complete the process.

Email accounts can also be deleted by clicking “Delete” beside the chosen account. This will remove the account from the server and any mail within the folder cannot be recovered after deletion.
