We are currently in the process of moving hosting accounts from one of our old servers which is now at end-of-life.

Users with email accounts on the affected server will need to update the mail settings on their computers and devices once their services have been switched to the new server.

The current settings may be changed as follows (using email@example.com as an example)

login username becomes the full email address, i.e examplecom-email -> email@example.com

incoming server becomes mail.example.com

outgoing server becomes mail.example.com
