1. Through your customer portal
- Login to your customer portal
- Click on My Products and Services
- Click on the arrow to the right hand side of the services that you wish to cancel
- At the bottom of the page click Request Cancellation
- Choose the date of cancellation - Immediately or At Renewal Time
- Type in the reason for cancellation
- Submit
2. Submit a support ticket
We also accept cancellation requests via support ticket. The support ticket must be submitted either via your customer portal or by the email address associated to your account. Any requests submitted by unknown email addresses will be deleted.
