Managing DNS

Each of our domain names and hosting packages comes with Advanced DNS edit. This give you the freedom to edit your DNS and repoint your site whenever you please. We do not allow customers to make nameserver changes or add SRV records, as these tend to be more complicated and can cause a multitude of problems. If you need to change your nameservers or add an SRV record, simply submit a support ticket and a member of our support team will be pleased to assist you.

Advanced DNS edit can be found under the “Domains” section of your cPanel.
